The theatre company and cultural association was funded in the 1947 by Arnaldo and Sara Momo. The interest of this group are focused on the rediscovery of classical plays with particular attention to the Venetian repertoire and the realisation of Avant-Garde productions, according to the interrelation between classical and modern theatre. In 2008 the Municipality of Venice nominate a theatre in memory of the stage director Arnaldo Momo.

THE COMPANY
In the last years, under the direction of Fabio Momo, the company works all over the world, in collaboration with the orchestra "Offerta Musicale" and "Padova Danza" ballet. Costumes design and production: Atelier Tiepolo.
The main features of the shows are a mixing of arts (music, theatre, ballet); the texts, based on the hystory and tradition of Venice, are in English and appropriately written to be followed by an international audience. Teatro 7 performed under the auspices of the the Qatar Governement, the Italian Embassy in Hong Kong, The Italian, English and Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Canton and many other cultural and commercial institutions in Switzerland, Germany, Dubai, Sharjah, Hong Kong, Macao.
